It’s your first time at the new Adidas store – like it?
Kieran says: “Yeah, I went to the old one a few times, but it’s brilliant here. It’s really cool!”
What are you getting up to today with the fans?
Kieran says: “Just interacting with them and helping them design their own shoes. It was good to see the Arsenal fans here enjoying it. There was an artist with us, but I helped colour them in. I did the easy part – haha!”


WHAT WERE YOU LIKE GROWING UP?
Kieran says: “Growing up, everyone plays football and wants to become a pro. I’m just the lucky one to now be living the dream!”
Do you remember your first game? what happened?
Kieran says: “I used to live next to my primary school and there was a red ash park. My dad always used to take me there when I was three or four years old. The first team I joined were my local boys club. I’m still friends with the people I played with. I was a left-mid back then and got scouted for Celtic!”
Who did you support when you were younger?
Kieran says: “Me and my family have always been big Celtic fans. Everyone knows that I think!”
Who was your best mate growing up? Do you still see them?
Kieran says: “My best friend is called Jamie. We’re still best friends and he’s always been there since day one – through the good times, but most importantly, the bad. Whenever I’ve had injuries, operations – he’s always been there. He comes and visits me here and came to a game last weekend!”


What can’t you live without?
Kieran says: “Chocolate buttons – that’s my guilty pleasure!”
How many pairs of boots do you use a season?
Kieran says: “I like wearing the same ones, unless they burst or a new model comes out, so roughly around four or five pairs a season!”
How trainers do you have?
Kieran says: “I’ve got a lot of Adidas trainers, but I always stick to black ones. I usually restock my favourites!”
Which cartoon character do you wish could be your best mate?
Kieran says: “Peter Griffin from Family Guy or Homer from the Simpsons!”
What’s your favourite ice cream?
Kieran says: “I’m pretty plain so just vanilla. No sauce or anything – just vanilla.”
