Chelsea and Tottenham fans have been given a retro treat by their kit manufacturer!

Nike have gone back in time to the 1990s to produce third kits for Tottenham and Chelsea!

This light blue Spurs shirt will debut later in the month when the Champions League resumes!

There’s a ‘Spurs’ graphic running across the shirt thanks to a special matte/shine finish.

There’s a dark blue trim on the sleeves, and a classic ’90s button-down collar!

“Everyone will see the retro influence, it’s a tribute to the jersey culture of the 90s. When you see the light blue you think of those players that paved the way, and I hope this year we can wear it with pride to go all the way.”

Meanwhile, in South West London, Chelsea have been given the same 1990s treatment!

The club will debut this beauty away at Lille in the Europa League on 2 October!

The shirts are clean and modern in shape and athletic performance, with this one predominantly black!

As well as the old school use of orange, the jersey also has a retro Nike ‘Futura’ logo!

“You can see the ’90s influence in fashion at the moment, and I think the kit will appeal to pretty much everyone. Younger fans will like that it has a streetwear vibe and older fans will appreciate the sentimentality, remembering club legends who donned the famous jersey and their memories of going to games.”
